AV CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPERS is a human-sized company of geeks who fell in love with construction. In 2016 Mr.Vivek Aiyappa and Mr. Ashik Bopanna T laid the foundation of this firm in the southern part of Kodagu district. After working as a civil site engineer in some of the well-renowned companies in Qatar, UAE & India over a period of 5 years they had the heart and soul to start their venture.
This partnership firm started off with a project on constructing two independent villas in January 2016. In 2017, with the advancement in science and technology, considering the need of the hour, the company constructed a complex building of two floors with the latest easy brick technology within 7 months. Considering the positive progress of the company, further projects were taken including the interior designing for office space, executive rooms, private lounges and clubhouses which has been a big hit.
The company believes in being more creative than needed and have fun while at it. There is no hierarchy to trip over- just a dedicated group of people who are focused on your project.
